Brand: Grand Rounds
Grand Rounds are the authorities in providing second medical opinions. They give employees and their families the technology, information and support they need to make treatment decisions. They came to us asking for our opinion on how they could improve their brand messaging and website design.

CHALLENGE

After conducting extensive background research, we developed an audience segmentation report along with a messaging and targeting strategy. The biggest hurdle in positioning the brand was to balance the needs of buyer, patient and doctor audiences with different needs and priorities.

IDEA

We presented a messaging architecture that aligned our core messages with our three audiences while establishing a digital roadmap. One tool we proposed was a calculator that HR professionals could use to demonstrate benefit ROI. Another feature we created showed all the specialist inventory that Grand Rounds was adding to their platform.

RESULTS

Grand Rounds is extremely happy with how well the site has connected with their audiences, and the style guide we provided has ensured consistency across the website. The Grand Round vision is to provide the best healthcare to everyone, everywhere, and the brand messaging we created delivers upon their mission.
